This Single-Phase Boiler has a 5 year warranty if registered within the 45-day period.
The registration must be completed online at www.stromltd.com/guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase as listed on the original merchant invoice.
Complete the online form using the details found on the registration card. A registration card is supplied with each boiler. Only the legal owner of the building can register the product and make a claim against the warranty.

Our delivery policy
Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.
Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.
If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.Order before 3.30pm for estimated delivery between Saturday 7th and Tuesday 10th.
There is a delivery surcharge of £30.00 inc. VAT£25.00 ex. VAT for this product, in addition to the standard delivery rate.
