Our delivery policy
Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.
Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.
If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.Order before 3.30pm for estimated delivery between Monday 25th and Wednesday 27th.
There is a delivery surcharge of £6.00 inc. VAT£5.00 ex. VAT for this product, in addition to the standard delivery rate.
