    • The VLo Nexxa-12 is a low profile wet underfloor heating system, designed for new-build and refurbishment projects where a low floor build-up is required. Allowing quick installation times, the Nexxa-12 is a modular system which bonds directly to a smoothed and primed subfloor. The Nexxa-12's castellated membrane allows the heating pipes to be fitted quickly and securely with the ability for an individualised heating layout. With fast response times and excellent heat output (70W/m2 for timber floors at 40°C water temperature), the VLo Nexxa-12 System utilises Warmup’s 12mm PE-RT pipe and is suitable for use with all floor finishes. It can be used with heat pumps and boiler-based systems and offers energy-efficient warmth for the end user.

    • Our delivery policy

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
