      The registration must be completed online at www.stromltd.com/guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase as listed on the original merchant invoice.
      Complete the online form using the details found on the registration card supplied with the boiler. Only the legal owner of the building can register the product and make a claim against the warranty.
      If the boiler is not registered with proof of purchase within the 45-day period, then all warranty will default to standard 1 year.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
